    Rapid Prototypes
We utilize state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems to accurately model each surface of a container. By providing CAD designs, photo renderings, Lucite or wax models, and prototypes that can be filled, capped and labeled for testing, we help you avoid costly design-related failure. Our lead design engineers, who hold numerous U.S. and foreign patents, give our customers invaluable expertise in the creation of innovative and effective packaging solutions. Rapid prototypes can be competed in 24 to 72 hours in most cases.
         
               
    Product Compatibility & Performance Testing
Our complete performance testing and failure analysis lab can give you the insight and confidence needed to make your product concept a reality. Custom colors are available for each of our containers or jars, from crystal clear to opaque colors, the choice is yours. Oxygen Barrier Technology
PET containers have characteristics that are favorable to many products. Unique has perfected technologies that also make PET packaging ideal for oxygen-sensitive products. Our mono or multi-layer barrier packaging offers all the features of PET plus a gas barrier for food, beverage, health and beauty, pharmaceutical and other oxygen-sensitive products.

We have nine (9) production lines capable of multi-layer container production to ensure adequate support for customers with oxygen barrier requirements.

         
               
    Hot-fill Technology
Unique produces hot-fill bottles that can withstand the higher fill temperatures (up to 185 degrees F) required for packing some foods and beverages. Our ability to extend our design, prototyping and mold-making services to include hot-fill gives customers access to new and creative product opportunities. 		         
               
    In-House Mold Making
Many of our production blow molds are made on-site in our state-of-the-art mold making facility. This allows Unique to expedite time critical projects as well as ensure confidentiality of your new package design.
